Tuesday the 21st we arrived back in Del Rio. We left Choke Canyon early in the morning to stop at the local convenient store to get some breakfast taquito’s for the trip but they didn’t have the kitchen open because of lack of traffic. So we proceeded on down the road with hopes of finding something soon.
As we drove into Jourdanton, Carol spotted an interesting place that appeared to be open. So I made the block and found a parking place across the street. We are dedicated to eating Mexican Food and especially Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. We were not disappointed. The food in this little place was outstanding and appeared to be a favorite of the locals.

Jalisco is Spanish for a State in Old Mexico. We assume this means that this particular restaurant cooks in the style of that area.
Our Trip from Choke Canyon to Del Rio took about 4 hours. 40 minutes of that at the restaurant. We arrived in Del Rio about 2:00 pm and drove to the American RV Park located on the north end of town towards the dam of Amistad.
