Visit to Kennedy Space Center

We visited the Kennedy Space Center today and WOW what an amazing experience. One of the first things we did was go into the Shuttle Launch Simulator. It was totally beyond our expectations and worth the price of admission. We took a tour bus trip all around the grounds and exhibits and got as close to the Discovery Launch Tower (launch's Monday morning @ 6:29am) as possible. They would only let us so close due to security reasons. We plan to observe the launch from a grassy area in Titusville directly across from KSC. A couple we met in Jville, Fl. told us about it and they go there all the time. We will probably spend the night in our truck at the grassy area Sunday night to ensure us a good spot. I hope to get at least one good picture of the launch for our Blog/Journal since I'm concentrating on JUST WATCHING IT.
